Steve Rothman (D-N.J.) and Mark Kirk (R-Ill.), says statements by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad calling for the destruction of Israel amount to crimes according to the 1948 Convention on Genocide genocide def - the deliberate and systematic destruction of a racial, political, or cultural group . Who has driven nearly 3/4 million people from their homes, who has wiped Palestine off the map, who continues to squeeze a people into smaller and smaller areas of land by unlawful land confiscation (this includes by way of the wall)? Is it the Palestinians? And what of Avigdor Lieberman's comments calling on Israel to transfer the Arabs out of that country, hmm? He was just put in a very powerful position in the Israeli government. Can you say HYPOCRISY.

01-14-07 - Jerusalem fence a failure The separation fence, and particularly its yet-to-be-built parts, mostly in Jerusalem are not and never were premised on security needs. They were built to achieve wholly different objectives: In order to stress the "undivided" city's municipal borders, annex more West Bank territory to Jerusalem in practice, and while doing this trying to change the demographic balance in the city in favor of the Jewish side.

01-14-07 - The Carter trap On one hand, this problem, too, could be solved: All it needs is one well-known, well-respected, non-Jewish critic to come out publicly against Carter. If such a person does emerge, it will be possible to completely undermine the legitimacy of this miserable book And they'll get one, I'm sure. There are plenty of Israel-defenders in America.
