10-31-05 - Second settler attack on elderly Palestinian Mutasim Hanani, who accompanied his uncle to the Nablus Specialist Hospital, said two settlers attacked him around three in the afternoon while he was herding his sheep near the town. The settlers sliced Hanani with a razor, beat him with a club and kicked him while cursing and yelling profanities.


10-31-05 - Israeli clampdown amid rise in 'sonic bombs' The Israeli defence ministry has barred foreign journalists from entering the Gaza Strip in an apparent attempt to limit reporting on the killing of Palestinian civilians This after the Guardian reported on the three teenaged boys the IDF killed in a missile strike days ago. It was the same strike that was headlined in this AP article in which the author failed to accurately report the true death toll that is reflected in the first sentence of the article.
