Many news outlets rely on the AP and end up with reports that omit what AP omits. Scroll down a little to read this story. Why else would AP omit that? They are a pro-Israeli outfit - and it's no coincidence since mainstream American news channels, newspapers, etc rely mostly on the AP for their news wire needs.
