01-16-07 - Home demolitions begin for the year in East Jerusalem Four Palestinian houses in East Jerusalem were demolished today. They were postponed on Monday after Kazim Abdullah's home was demolished without prior warning. Early yesterday bulldozers belonging to the Israeli-controlled Jerusalem Municipality surrounded the Tur neighborhood house.

As an American citizen, the 2-year-old daughter was ripped from her mother's arms and is in a foster home.
